In 2013 my world changed when I got diagnosed with CFS after months of illness and uncertainty.
I suddenly had to think whether having a shower was more important than cooking dinner as I didn’t have energy for both. I started researching the illness, lifestyle changes; basically anything that could help me improve. It was a big change to my life which led me to find a new passion and a new path in life. I suddenly loved reading about gut health, nutrition and supplements.
Today I’m back at 80%, self-employed and studying to become a Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach. I have taken up trail running and I have learned to listen to what my body needs. My dream is to help others struggling with an autoimmune disease and especially CFS/ME and teach them that there is a life after the diagnosis.
