Natural forms of healing and well-being have always been a part of my life, but without the knowledge necessary to implement it properly, I never relied fully on it.

That began to change when I was ready to have a baby and experienced the sorrow of my first miscarriage. After following a natural course of treatment, I gave birth to a healthy baby girl.

Natural living took a backseat again until I noticed that my daughter had some behavioral issues. I noticed that after she ate certain foods, she would become excessively talkative and hyper. We changed her diet with a drastic improvement.

As stresses in life and busy schedules took over, we once again started to forget about diet. Until my daughter started showing more symptoms again and I was becoming chronically depressed. That led me to research schools in order to get an education that would allow me to help my family, friends, and others who were suffering from ailments that can be cured in a natural way.

I am so impressed by the Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition. I never knew there was so much information relating to nutrition! I already see the positive differences in our family by applying all that I learn.

I have successfully completed my Health Coach Studies. Soon I will be continuing my studies in Advanced Holistic Nutrition.
