Holistic Healing Fit Club Recipe:

Rosemary Chicken  

Difficulty: Easy            Serves: 4-6

Prep time: 1-2 hours in crock pot

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Organic Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Organic Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Olive oil
  • 1 organic lemon juiced
  • 2 Tsp Organic Rosemary
  • 2 Tsp Organic Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Sea salt
  • 1 Tsp Organic Black Pepper

Directions

  • Place everything in crock pot, mix well
  • Set on high for 1-2 hours
  • Chicken should be at 165 degrees when fully cooked.
