Remember the good old easy bake oven? For Stephanie, it was her inspiration into cooking at the age of 5. Healthy food has always been in Stephanie’s life but the true connection between how food and life choices effects our health, began with the birth of her first two sons.
Stephanie’s 1st son was diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity, 22 years ago. In 1997, gluten sensitivity was a little known and understood problem. The only gluten free foods available then , were crumbly dry frozen loaves of bread and so the food journey began.
Armed with cookbooks, a second son with severe eczema and her own auto-immune disorder, Hashimoto Thyroiditis was more fuel into her need to understand how we can truly rebuild our health using both food and lifestyle choices.
