Hi My Name is Alexandra, and I am studying to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

I also started a blog (in Spanish) to share everything I have learned and continue to learn in my quest to live a healthier life, including how to slowly change our palate and our children’s palate without this becoming a source of emotional and financial stress for the family.

To understand “healthy cooking” even more, and to gain deeper knowledge of nutrition, I also took a “Professional Plant-based Certification Course”.
