Holistic Nutrition Vancovuer

Hello Everyone!

My passion for holistic nutrition and wellness developed at the age of 14 years old when I was struggling with food sensitives, hormone imbalances, weight gain, everything under the sun! I grew up on the small island of Prince Rupert BC where holistic nutrition wasn’t very popular. Here we were taught to medicate rather than meditate. Fortunately for me, my gut was to sensitive to handle most medications so I sought out a Nauturopath! After my first session, my life, and diet, was changed forever! I was introduced to the power of food! After a year of experimenting with different diets and exercise my hormones were back on track, the killer stomach aches I’d had daily were gone and my body was no longer ‘inflamed’. I was happy and healthy and have been this way ever since! My goal is share my journey of healing with others to inspire them to take the next step to having a happier, healthier and more satisfying future.
