I truly believe that in order to navigate our world successfully we must gain as much knowledge as possible, especially knowledge of our own bodies and how to keep them healthy. I believe that we each have an individual responsibility to empower ourselves through eating nutritious whole foods that nourish us on every level. My job is to help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need to nourish your body, mind and soul, and get you on the path to living your best life. Remember, “good health” is not achieved through passivity; we must each be active participants in order to negotiate matters of our own health. Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, disease prevention, or general health improvement, each client is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive holistic plan they can follow for the rest of their lives, as well as the confidence necessary to be an advocate for their own health!
