Lindsey is a mother of two who grew up on the standard North American diet. Lindsey began experience negative symptoms in her body and mind at a young age. After many years of suffering lack of energy and just not feeling well, Lindsey decided to change her diet. In an effort to truly understand the importance nutrition plays on the body and mind, Lindsey decided to take a course for Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach. After learning and applying the practices in her daily life she was amazed by the dramatic transformation in her mental attitude, energy levels and overall health.

 

Lindsey’s goal is to empower and educate clients, by doing so, they too can facilitate their own healing by adopting a cleaner lifestyle. With the knowledge she has gained through nutrition, Lindsey has been able to lose weight herself and encourage others on their journey to a healthy lifestyle. She believes that health starts with nutrition and focuses on addressing  individual client needs as a key factor in her nutrition and health coaching.  A strong voice for self-advocacy, Lindsey encourages and empowers her clients to be active participants in their own health care.

 

Taking the time to learn whole foods preparation and the basics of nutritional science has been the single best investment in her own health and the health of her family.
