Hi There!

I am Şebnem from İstanbul, Turkey. 🙂

I have been at corporate life for 25 years with different roles from Head of Human Resources to Senior HR Consultant and Master Coach.

In my life I am at cross roads and decided to make a career change. I have always had an interest in healthy eating, keeping fit and having an active life, full of energy.

In today’s modern hectic and stressful life, it is not always possible to achieve a balanced life style and a nourishing diet. I thought using my experiences in human resources and coaching, and combining this with my nutrition knowledge I could help others to make changes in their lives and daily eating habits.

I have started with my immediate colleagues, friends and family since they are always asking for my advice. This has been my motivation to embark on this new journey.

I have a lot of interests and things I would like to do; I like working out in nature, to read and learn about nutrition and healthy diet. I like to observe and listen to others. I like sailing and sleeping under the starry skies of Mediterranean Sea, listening to the silence.

My favorite seasons are Spring and Summer with their fresh produce and energy giving sunshine.

I am also a dreamer, interested in space and space travel, and hope to be one of those space tourits.
And one day I will make a visit to Nordics to see the Northern Lights.

Most of all these I love spending time with my husband and my 9 year old cheeky son.
