Hi there,

I’m Shanah Ball mother to one blue eyed girl who takes my breath away daily, wife to a beautiful, and funny blond surfer. I am an artist, I love mountain biking, running, spending time with my little wolf pack as we call ourselves, and I’m a little bit of a free spirit.

I am a Nutrition and Wellness Coach and I aim to help anyone and everyone who is open to changing, transforming their bodies, lives, and wellbeing. Through the help of nutrition, natural medicine, and the food you eat.  I am a qualified chef of 18 years cooking in whole foods for most of my cooking career. I aim to not only teach you about health, nutrition, and balance but make sure you’re having fun while doing so. I offer meal plans unique to your own body type, recipes to go with these plans, and I’ll teach you how to cook them. While having fun, but making sure it doesn’t take up your whole life in doing so. That leaving you plenty time for enjoying exercise, your families, and the things you love.

Ive suffered myself with food intolerances, insomnia, anxiety and found healing through the food I eat, natural medicine, and the way I move my body. As a young women starting out on my own so young in a male dominated industry. I ate the wrong foods, wasn’t exercising, and was filled with stress and anxiety. Trying to move my way up in the kitchens. Not being a big person myself working with men twice my size I soon learnt health and fitness were the key to my success. The more I doweled into healthy eating and exercise the better in myself I became. My body not only changed but my mind set did. I began to think clearer, move faster, recover quicker, and all with less stress than my fellow work mates. I also found my cooking styles changed, and being able to cook for people with intolerance’s, and dietary needs began to intrigue me. People Began asking me to write them recipes, and help them with eating plans. It became very clear to me I needed to move further into this area.

So here I am now, studying away. I aim to finish tier 2 qualifying me as qualified nutritionist in the near future. Offering not only my services, but my pure passion to help people heal their bodies through nutrition, exercise and natural health.
