As an individual who has struggled with mental health, ADHD, meal planning, and impulse control around food, I started taking this course not only to help others, but to also help myself! Plant based nutrition has helped ease my anxiety, helped my focus, and helped me manage my weight. The recipes are so much fun, and delicious too! I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. I’m hoping to take my practice all over the world as a mainly web based business, specializing in a “feel good approach” to nutrition and wellness! Through my healthy and positive lifestyle change, I have inspired others to take on a much more energetic and healthy lifestyle for themselves. I have an incredible passion for travel and every ounce of intuition in my body pointed me towards supporting people in planning their nutritional needs so they don’t feel deprived but can still enjoy all the yummy food out there.
I have recently taken up Yoga and that has been an incredible to compliment to my nutrition. I hope to incorporate my Yoga practice into my nutrition and wellness business to be able to assist people in establishing a healthy lifestyle throughout every aspect of their lives.
