Ever have a chocolate craving hit so hard you just can’t ignore it? I’m sure it happens to most of us, and this quick snack satisfies the craving while also being packed with nutrients and keeping us full!
This pudding takes about 5 minutes to make and only has three ingredients.
3 Ingredient Pudding (Raw Vegan, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free)
Ingredients
- Medjool Dates
- Avocado
- Cacao Powder
This treat is not only sugar-free, but gluten-free, raw, vegan, and made from whole foods. Cacao is a powerful antioxidant, avocados are packed with healthy fats, and dates are fiber – and vitamin – packed while also tasting just like caramel candies. Can’t complain about that!
Recipe
Makes 2 servings
- 1 Medium avocado
- 1/4 Cup Medjool dates
- 3 Tbsp cacao powder
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. I like mine chilled in the fridge for about an hour before eating, but go ahead and enjoy straight from the bowl if you like!
- Top with a bit of sea salt and berries, this is one of my favourite desserts (or snacks, breakfasts…)
