This is great along side a cup of bone broth turkey soup!

Quick And Savoury Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp xantham gum
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4-5 large fresh and sliced sage leaves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions 

  • Place olive oil in a 2 cup measure and coat the inside
  • Combine all the dry ingredients in an small bowl and add the egg
  • Pour the remaining oil into the mixture and and stir
  • Place mixture into your oiled 2 cup measure and microwave on high
  • For 90 second-let cool briefly-turn out and slice in two-enjoy
