Hi all! I am a passionate personal trainer who strives to not only help my clients reach and exceed their fitness goals but by teaching them how to continually succeed. I want to give you the tools to love your body and respect it’s abilities.
My fitness journey started 5 years ago when I realized I had “suddenly” gained 20lbs. It had crept up on my and as I stood crying in a gym bathroom, I realized I needed to take control of my body and fitness. So I learned how to nourish my body and how to work out. Since then I have had my ups and down like any other person but I continually strive to improve myself.
I do not believe in fad or crash diets. Trust me, I have tried them and they don’t work. I believe in respecting our bodies needs and giving it what it needs to nourish not only our physical bodies but our souls as well.
I want to teach YOU how to maintain long term, healthy results and live a healthy life for the rest of your life.
