Hello, my name is Jennifer and I’m a nutrition student by day, opera singer by night! As a singer, my body is my instrument, and keeping it healthy is crucial to my career. This has developed into a passion for healthy eating, and a discovery of the many benefits that come with a diet based on whole, nutrient dense foods. Besides dropping a few pounds (bonus!), I’ve noticed I sleep better, my skin has cleared up, my seasonal allergies aren’t nearly as bad, I have enough energy to make it through my often long rehearsal days, and most importantly, I don’t get sick as often! I decided that I wanted to study nutrition so I can hopefully help others, and pass on this life changing knowledge!
