Hello, my name is Jessica.
I would consider myself an average person growing up when it came to health and well-being. I was a very picky eater and wasn’t drawn to most vegetables. My knowledge of the human body and the way we process food was very limited.
Through a few sources, I came across multiple blogs on holistic health and started implementing small easy changes in my daily life which lead to larger changes. This started a whole new lifestyle that branched into a passion that I want to spread to everyone!
I want to reach out to anyone who struggles and help guide them through the slug and into a sea of possibilities. My goal is to make small changes that are easy, fun and habit forming allowing everyone to transition towards a healthier mind, body & spirit.
What can I bring to the table?
I set the table with a large plate of support, followed by utensils of knowledge used to cut through any unknowns. Always start with a glass half full to accompany a balanced meal built for healthy digestion.
Not only do I want to guide everyone to a healthier life but I plan on being that support and positive outlook to make a lasting change.
