Hi, I`m Karin. I am a food & nutrition enthusiast, mom and certified holistic nutrition coach. My passion for food and deep interest to better understand how the food we eat impacts our overall wellbeing, led me to embark on this journey to study holistic nutrition & health as well as deep dive into certain topics.
I believe there is truth in the saying „we are what we eat“, feeling more energized, balanced and happy in our own skin when eating nutritious food that is as natural as possible. I believe in the positive effect of healthy eating habits as well as food choices on someones physical & mental health.
