Hello and Welcome! My name is Stephanie.

I am 30 year old Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach.  I live in North Eastern Washington State with my husband and our 2 dogs. In addition to cooking, taking pictures and reading I love spending time outdoors in nature ,knitting/crocheting, singing and traveling.

Up until 6 years ago I considered myself a healthy person. I was born with a thyroid condition but managed it easily with medication and the occasional blood draw. A few months into my marriage I started experiencing strange symptoms and after 2 years, many doctors, multiple medications and 2 surgeries later I was given a disappointing Diagnosis. With no hope in sight but an endless supply of pill bottles and persistent symptoms, I turned to a Nutrition Practitioner for help. Little did I know that I would not only find answers, but my purpose as well.

My Passion? Food. I love food. Ask anybody that knows me and they’ll tell you I’m a bit of a foodie. I love growing it, I love shopping for it, I love preparing it, and I love eating it. Since I was a child I knew I would be working with food in some manner. After experiencing my own health struggles it became clear to me that I wanted to take my passion for food farther than just preparing it. That’s when my love for learning about nutrition and teaching people how they can use food to improve their health and vitality began.

I am passionate about many areas of Nutrition and Wellness but my main areas of focus are on Gut and Digestive Health, Healthy Hormones and Nutrition for Mental Health.
