My name is Katie Briscoe. I am a mother of three (almost 4!) children and married to a Geologist. We traveled for many years with my husband’s work, and in this time I had babies, pregnancies and toddlers while he worked long hours and odd schedules. In 2013 while I was pregnant with my third child and worried about the energy I would need to care for three children under 4 I changed my typical American diet to real food and then Paleo. The effects on my energy and happiness were so drastic I dove head first into a natural healthy lifestyle and haven’t looked back. Now five years later, I have decided to formalize my education with a certificate in Health Coaching in order to share what I have expirenced and learned with others to help them better their lives.
