You’d be lying if you denied that the absolute best part about making cookies is eating the raw dough. Well, now you can eat the raw, high protein, eggless and delicious version post workout or whenever you’re craving a healthy treat!
High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
What You’ll Need
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/8 cup cashew milk
- 1 TBSP mini chocolate chips
What You’ll Do
- Add the protein, coconut four and almond milk to a bowl
- Mix everything together until a dough form (texture will be crumbly but keep mixing)
- Add in the chocolate chips (or anything you would like)
- Pop in the fridge for 15-20 minutes and devour!
