Simple Healthy Breakfast

eggs, tomato, basil, avocado Easy and quick, this healthy breakfast will fill you up, and keep you going for hours.

Ingredients:

2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

1 organic tomato, sliced

5 basil leaves, chopped

1/2 avocado, sliced

Sprinkle on some fresh ground pepper, and a dash of Himalayan sea salt.   SO good!

** Pairing avocado (healthy fat) with tomato helps the body absorb 7x more lycopene!
