I have always been interested in holistic nutrition. Our bodies are amazing and if given the ability, through proper nutrition and lifestyle, we are capable of living healthy, disease-free lives! I have fully transitioned to a plant-based/vegan lifestyle and I have never felt better. I leaped in with both feet and have learned so much in the last year. In addition to this course, I have taken a plant based cooking course and feel I have a very good grasp on eating a balanced plant-based diet. I am excited for this journey and I’m looking forward to helping others see their true health potential as a Holistic (plant-based) Nutrition Coach!!!
