I’ve always been health minded. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as running, hiking, skiing and kayaking. For many years I disregarded the nutritional side of “being healthy”. I focused solely on the physical. Learning to incorporate a more well-rounded lifestyle that includes not only the physical but also the nutritional and mental aspects is my overall goal. Food is medicine, food is science.
