Hey there! I’m Erin and I’m currently a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach student. I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Wellness Inventory Coach. I promote and inspire women to guiltlessly take care of themselves first, so they can be the best they can be at taking care of everyone and everything else around them. Nutrition coaching seemed like the next natural step to take in my journey – the ultimate starting point of optimal health and wellness should come from within. This has been a journey of self-discovery and growth more than anything, and I am very passionate about sharing what I’ve learned! Plus, I’ll never run out of things to share because I’m always learning!

I currently live in a small Northern Ontario town with my hubby, my daughter, son and 2 fur babies. I love nature – camping, fishing, hunting, walks, hikes. I am an amateur nature photographer. I love spending time in the kitchen making recipes. I am also currently developing my intuitive side, and exploring the very interesting world of being an Empath, healer and just completed level 1 Reiki. I dabble in essential oils, crystals, meditation, and yoga.. all the ‘woo-woo’ stuff is right up my alley!
