Nicole Capone, the founder of Life on the Veg is a recent graduate of Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition. As a certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, Nicole plans on helping as many people as possible transition to a plant based lifestyle. Nicole has been living a plant based vegan lifestyle since 2016. The main reasons for eliminating animal products at the time were for health and weight management, but the more information that was gathered, the more Nicole was sure that this lifestyle was the best thing for not only herself and her health, but also for the planet and all of the creatures in it.
