Greetings! I am Alexis and my nutrition journey started when I found myself culture shocked, stressed out, over-exercising, under-eating and not feeling well in my new home of China. I am learning more everyday about how to take care of myself and those around me who are experiencing similar hormonal, body image and stress problems. My hope is to become a guide to those who want to have the fullest life possible without sacrificing the health and liveliness of their body.
