Holistic Health Coach Nutrition & Wellness Coach British Columbia

Jennifer O’Donnell is a Nutrition Coach student and a life-long nutrition student.

My education in nutrition began when I was only 8 years old and learned about Canada’s Food Guide in school.  At the age of 12, I took on the task of the family’s grocery shopping where I learned to read labels and identify healthy and unhealthy foods.  Over the next three decades, I read everything I could about nutrition, trying all kinds of different theories of eating to find what really worked for me.  I come from a fairly healthy long-lived family, and I was determined to be proactive with my health to keep up the trend.

I have always been a helper and have spent most of my adult life as a teacher or instructor.  I recently decided to shift my professional life to align with my passion for nutrition and optimal health, while utilizing my skills as a teacher.  Coaching people to find their own path to optimal health is the result of this alignment.

There is so much information out there about health and wellness.  It can be confusing and overwhelming to navigate it all.  Life, all life, is extremely complex and beautifully simple.  I truly believe in returning to simplicity in order to balance the complexity of our health.
