My name is Stephanie Mintz and I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach from Ayr, Ontario. My passions are fitness, nutrition and living life to its fullest. I am thrilled to be sharing my extensive experience in both the sports and fitness industry as well as nutrition and wellness. I played high level University athletics and continue to pursue many fitness endeavours such as becoming certified to teach yoga as well as running a half marathon. When it comes to nutrition, I am always searching and developing the most cutting-edge programs and recipes.
